MONTREAL – April 1st, 2019 – D2C Media Inc. (“D2C Media”) and DealerCity Canada Inc. (“DealerCity”) jointly announced today that the companies have entered into an agreement pursuant to which D2C Media will acquire DealerCity’s Canadian Dealers’ websites and SEM assets.
This acquisition furthers D2C Media’s goal of becoming the leading digital dealer solutions provider in Canada by adding over 300 dealers and 350 websites customers and also expanding D2C Media’s reach in the Canada, particularly in key markets in BC, Alberta and Ontario. Following the closing, D2C Media will begin integrating the acquired assets with its own business and customers will continue to receive the same high quality service they have come to expect.

The combined entity will employ a team of over 20 digital consultants locally based in BC, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia and over 50 developers, designers, integrators, SEM/SEO specialists and support experts, allowing D2C Media to continue to provide unique, one-on-one, local advice and customer service.
